Q: How do I book an appointment?

Q: Do you accept walk-ins?
We’re an appointment-based spa to ensure each client receives dedicated care. However, if a time slot opens up, we may accept same-day appointments—just text to check availability.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for 24-48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows may be subject to a fee.

Q: How early should I arrive for my appointment?
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in, relax, and fill out any necessary forms. New clients are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes early.
